Our Founder

Daniella Kahane is a Peabody award-winning producer, writer and director.  Her films have played at top film festivals including Sundance, Tribeca, Toronto, Telluride, SXSW, and others and have aired on HBO, Netflix, and PBS.  Daniella has been passionate about female empowerment since her very first documentary which explored the relevance of all-women's colleges today.  

She serves as CEO of WIN (Women in Negotiation), a female focused negotiation skills training company, which encompasses workshops, coaching, the WIN Summit, WIN Woman, an online membership community, and its 501(c)(3) WIN Together, training thousands of women in negotiation skills so as to rise professionally and personally.  She has worked alongside Fortune500 companies such as JPMorgan Chase, S&P, H&M, and McKinsey.  She is also a proud angel investor for female founded companies.

She started off her career at Miramax, and then worked for the Academy Award winning producer of Forest Gump and The Devil Wears Prada before setting off on her own.  Daniella graduated Summa Cum Laude from Barnard College, Columbia University and received a Masters of Arts degree from Columbia University. She was the recipient of the HBO Young Producer’s Award and was first runner up for the prestigious Producers Guild of America Award.
